Solar Panel Technician
Field Operations
Install, commission and maintain on-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar systems for homes, businesses and institutions across Tamil Nadu.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
- 1+ years solar installation experience (freshers with strong basics welcome)
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Valid driver's license preferred
CCTV Installation Engineer
Security Systems
Design, install and service IP & analog CCTV networks, access-control systems and smart-security setups for residential and commercial clients.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in ECE / EEE
- Knowledge of IP networking, cabling and camera configuration
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-friendly attitude
- Willing to travel within Tamil Nadu
Solar Sales Executive
Sales
Meet homeowners and business owners, explain solar savings & subsidies, generate leads and close solar & CCTV deals. Uncapped incentives.
Requirements:
- Strong Tamil communication; English is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Two-wheeler with valid license
- Prior solar / real-estate / insurance sales experience preferred
Site Surveyor
Technical
Visit client sites, measure roof/ground area, assess shading, electrical load and structural suitability, then prepare accurate system-design briefs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering
- Experience with AutoCAD / SketchUp or solar-design tools
- Attention to detail and strong report-writing skills
- Own transport preferred
Customer Support Executive
Operations
Handle inbound calls / WhatsApp enquiries, schedule site surveys, follow up on quotations and coordinate between clients and field teams.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil; basic English for emails
- Good phone etiquette and CRM data-entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers welcome — training provided
